Other CRS Sites
Children's Rehabilitative Services are also provided in three other locations in Arizona. Regional sites in Yuma, Flagstaff and Tucson are each contracted separately with the ADHS to provide services. St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center holds the contract for the Phoenix metro area.
