The CRS Program offers a wide array of
specialty medical services to qualified children. CRS employs and
contracts with several medical specialties to meet the ever-growing
medical need.
Physician and dental
providers
The majority of physician subspecialty and dental service providers
are contracted with CRS through the Children's Rehabilitative
Services Independent Physicians Association (IPA).
Physicians’ wishing to treat CRS patients must be board
certified or at least board eligible in their area of specialty.
Physician and dentists invited to treat CRS patients must be
credentialed with CRS and have privileges at least one of the CRS
covered hospitals. Once complete, most physicians join the more
than six hundred subspecialty physicians and dentists as a member
of the IPA.
The IPA represents all subspecialties and negotiates a single
provider service contract with CRS for all medical, surgical and
dental services. Payments for services are made to individual
physicians or physician practices. Questions about rates and IPA
representation can be made to the IPA at
602-xxx-xxxx.
