CRS has developed a new member eligibility look-up tool for CRS contracted providers. The web based look up is available in two forms. The first allows authorized providers the ability to look up individual CRS patients to determine enrollment and eligibility status. The second allows for multiple eligibility look up using a batch request process.  Providers interested in requesting batch request processing should send inquires to CRS through the contact us link at the top of the page
