How to Become a CRS Provider
 

The CRS Program offers a wide array of specialty medical services to qualified children. CRS employs and contracts with several medical specialties to meet the ever-growing medical need.


Physician and dental providers
The majority of physician subspecialty and dental service providers are contracted with CRS through the Children's Rehabilitative Services Independent Physicians Association (IPA). Physicians' wishing to treat CRS patients must be board certified or at least board eligible in their area of specialty. Physician and dentists invited to treat CRS patients must be credentialed with CRS and have privileges at least one of the CRS covered hospitals. Once complete, most physicians join the more than six hundred subspecialty physicians and dentists as a member of the IPA.
The IPA represents all subspecialties and negotiates a single provider service contract with CRS for all medical, surgical and dental services. Payments for services are made to individual physicians or physician practices. Questions about rates and IPA representation can be made to the IPA at 602-xxx-xxxx.

The CRS program family of provides also includes Orthotics and prosthetics, durable medical equipment, optometry, Therapy, several other medical services to qualified patients.
