The CRS Mission is to provide medical treatment, rehabilitation and related support services to medically qualified individuals who have certain medical, disabling or potentially disabling conditions and have the potential for functional improvement.  CRS is an outpatient and managed care pediatric service that receives state and federal funding administered by the Arizona Office of Children with Special Health Care Needs, a division of the Arizona Department of Health Services .
